I LOVE working one-on-one. Private yoga instruction is such a great way to develop a relationship with your teacher (like me!). Through this relationship, I can better help you to deepen your practice, learn more about yourself and come to know the subtleties of asana, pranayama, and meditation practices.

-uncover patterns of movement and tension that lead to back pain and learn how to strengthen the body and relieve discomfort
-learn how to get the most out of group classes
-take time to ask questions or learn to make yoga poses feel more comfortable
-gear a yoga practice to support other sports-movements such as running, tennis or golf
-learn how to modify poses to accommodate your body
-maintain or regain strength, balance and flexibility in the golden years
-begin or deepen a home practice
-develop a meditation practice
-Learn to chant in sanskrit
-discuss yogic philosophy and how it applies to daily life through the study of texts such as Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras or the Bhagavad Gita
